I had spoken to other agents but had remained unconvinced about their recommendations for sale by auction, excessive advertising and the need for painting white throughout an already neutrally coloured home! Erden was punctual, pleasant, enthusiastic, helpful and practical. He always did exactly what he said he would do without delay, while at the same time being fastidious about adhering to legal requirements. When my conveyancer created hurdles he was ready, able and knowledgable enough to assist in speedy resolution of the issues, aided by his pleasant, honest and timely communications. The promotional photos he organised were fantastic. He was the first to realise that one certificate obtained for the Vendor's statement referenced the wrong address. Such attention to detail clearly averted later complications and his actions enabled swift re-issue of the correct document. He generated so much interest in the property that 9 parties inspected it the first day it was available for inspection. These viewings resulted in several offers within 2 days, one of which exceeded my highest expectations and those of other agents. I am certain that the sale price achieved was far higher than would have been realised by public auction.
