Eric has been very helpful throughout the entire purchasing process. I first contacted him to view a property in early August 2017 and he was very prompt with a response and setting up an inspection date. Upon inspection, he was very helpful with showing me around the apartment including the gym and rooftop (which no other agent has done for me) and had a wealth of knowledge regarding the building, both internally and externally. At no point did I feel that he was being push, too fake or desperate for a sale. Eric's assistance has made the purchasing process simple and hassle free. The only negative point I can make is that he implied I was not a serious buyer when I refused to counter offer the vendor's counter offer. I did consider walking away, but I ended up purchasing the property at the price I originally offered.
Eric was the sales agent for the property we bought and provided outstanding assistance during the whole process. He was friendly, patient, and responsive to phone calls and emails, and it was obvious he had detailed knowledge of the property and the suburb. What an absolute legend and true gentleman Eric is, Right from the moment I met him and Yi I was convinced they were the ones to help me in a very emotional time. Having to sell my mums unit from another state and 17 hour drive away, while also caring for my mother after major cancer surgery and working fulltime, they both stepped in and really got the job done, even to the point of clearing stuff out of the unit, sweeping and organising cleaners in such a short time. RESULTS!!!! WOW!!! sold the unit - very first open day, 7 offers and over $100,000 to what we were expecting. The compassion and respect Eric and Yi showed to my mums health and finding solutions in some difficult moments, I will always truly be grateful for and they certainly eased all pressure from my mum having to worry.
