If you ever want a trouble-free, wonderful, exceptionally professional experience, then I cannot recommend Eric and Van highly enough. Yes, we have a little way to go till end of settlement but so far, its been an incredibly easy and such an enjoyable process - so much so, I almost cant believe it!! Eric used great strategies to sell my Property before Auction and also achieved a price above our expectation and in my opinion above market value too. His Chinese background also helped with all the asian buyers we had come through. He was always punctual and honest throughout the whole campaign and kept me in the loop from start to finish.
