For a first time home buyer, I have heard horror stories about looking for and buying property. So, I was a little nervous venturing into this. But, Eric has made the process and experience so easy and stress free. Very friendly, helpful, and more than happy to meet and talk when suited me. He answered all of my (many) questions patiently and thoroughly, and provided me with lots of useful info about the property, the market, and the process of buying a place in general. My husband and I had been trying to sell our unit and buy a house for almost two years. During this period we considered a number of different options and were in contact with numerous agents. We did not remember meeting him at the first open for inspection, however during the second inspection and the private inspection he was very informative and appeared honest which was unexpected for an agent looking to seal the deal.
