For a first time home buyer, I have heard horror stories about looking for and buying property. So, I was a little nervous venturing into this. But, Eric has made the process and experience so easy and stress free. Very friendly, helpful, and more than happy to meet and talk when suited me. He answered all of my (many) questions patiently and thoroughly, and provided me with lots of useful info about the property, the market, and the process of buying a place in general. He has communicated with me every step of the way, always keeping me up-to-date with all steps over the process from inspection, to negotiating the sale price, to signing contracts and cooling off period ending. I am very grateful I have has Eric as my agent and would absolutely recommend him to anyone.
