My husband and I had been trying to sell our unit and buy a house for almost two years. During this period we considered a number of different options and were in contact with numerous agents. As our circumstances kept changing a lot f agents lost patience with us but Eric was the only one who was really patient and who seemed to understand the situation we were in. He very tactfully kept in contact with us, respecting periods of time where we said we wanted to take a break and not be contacted. Throughout this period Eric provided us with regular market updates. When it came to the time we wanted to put our property on a market Eric provided us with a lot of useful advice in terms of how to best present the property, but also organize storage, manage inspections while still having the whole family leaving there. During the sale campaign Eric always kept us in the loop and was willing to meet potential clients outside advertised inspection times. We felt he was always honest with us in terms of where our property stood on the market and that allowed us to be confident in making a decision regarding the sale. I would definitely recommend Eric as an agent to other clients as he is very approachable, friendly, has good market knowledge, and is willing to go the extra mile for his clients.
