Great honest agent

It was a difficult decision whether to sell my unit at this point but after speaking with Eric and his extensive knowledge of the local market I was comfortable in that it was the right time to sell. From that moment on Eric was always in contact with me even after hours and on weekends. He was always professional and honesty which is very rare in an agent. I have had many years of dealing with agents when buying and I wish they could all be as honest as Eric. Eric made the sale process very easy and with no stress. He never promised anything that couldn't be delivered. My unit sold for a large amount more than I expected and I believed it was due to Eric's great work. I would highly recommend Eric for anyone selling. I only wish there were more professional agents like Eric.
