Eric was excellent from the moment I met him regarding the appraisal if my property almost 6 months ago to supporting me in locating a property and then selling my Own property. His approach was professional, caring, insightful and his execution is excellent.

Eric was a very friendly and straightforward agent who was always available to answer questions and provide support. He clearly tried his best to keep the interests of the vendors in mind as he answered questions, but at the same time did well to be as transparent as possible. He promptly addressed concerns that I had, and I appreciated the times at which he organised the open inspections for the home (earlier morning rather than afternoons). At times our interactions felt a little rushed (particularly during the signing of the contract), but this is understandable given the market and the number of properties he is/was engaged with. I was occasionally not fully satisfied with a first answer to a question, and so would need to clarify independently (for example, when asking about the services provided by the solicitor at the contract signing, or whether the sale price could be kept private/not publicly disclosed after settlement). All in all, Eric was an authentic, professional, and friendly agent, and I would consider recommending his services to others.
