I spoke to other agents before choosing Eric. I got the feeling that the others would try to lower my expectation and accept a lower price so that they can close the deal quickly. Eric was different. He suggested listing at a higher price to start with and he shared the risk with me in having to do more open inspections if required. Throughout the process he was helpful in organising the handyman and staging to make the place look presentable. In the end we didn't get the ideal price that we initially set out for, but it was still above the estimates provided by the other agents.
