I would definitely recommend Eric Seetoo to be your representing agent, he is professional, punctual, knowledgeable, helpful and responsive. He is backed by a local agency with a top reputation, enabling the achievement of serious buyers. Whilst the company charges a little more in their commission than others, they bring to the table equal or far better value, so they are worth it. I found Eric both extremely easy to work with, most of our transaction had to be done by emails or phone calls from vast distances away which for some might have been a problem, but Eric made it simple.
