We have been very pleased with Eric's enthusiasm to market out property in Croydon. As owners and investors we have used many agents over the years and have experienced frustration with a number of them relating to communicating after inspections. Eric made contact almost immediately after each inspection whether it was an OFI or private viewing and he clearly understood our goals and specific requests to marketing the property. Eric was always timely and never rushed when showing the property. I have witness agents that are almost "shutting up shop" as the people at OFI are still leaving. He always seemed to make time to qualify buyers before bringing them to ours when there was a private viewing as well.
