Forget about the suits and fake tans. With Eric you get what a real estate agent is actually supposed to do. The guy knows what he is selling, answers 98% of your questions on site and the 2% that he doesn't, he gets back to you within the day. He is so careful about presentation of the property, making sure all lights, doors, windows and ceiling fans are on at least 15 minutes before inspection (and we know that because we've been early for inspections more than once with him). He doesn't try to lure you in with the typical "there is a lot of interest" speech. But he also does not hassle you with 5 calls a week (are you making an offer?). He is the perfect balance. From first inspection until settlement, this guy never disappointed. Reponds emails within the hour. Such a champion. Couldn't be happier. Ps- we just bought our first home!
