Horrible after sales service

Terrible experience - I'm a first home buyer and had expected a smooth transition of the settlement of my property; It was far from it. The whole process has taken away the joys I had expected to experience when purchasing my first property. After all that kerfuffle and stress I had to go through with the settlement of my property, I did not receive a complimentary house warming gift from the agency nor was I greeted on the day of settlement by a sales agent. All I received on the day of settlement was a crumpled envelope of keys. After sales service definitely needs to be improved.
