Erica went well beyond my expectations of a realtor! She provides styling pieces to stage the house for photos and for the opens. She personally door knocked and delivered flyers for the open within the local streets. Communication was excellent! As was her knowledge of the industry and process. Even though she wasn’t a ‘local realtor’ she sold the place in ONE day, above asking price and what were we expecting to get for the place. She worked her butt off for us and her commission rate was negotiable (and well below that of local competitors). I cannot speak more highly of Erica and will be recommending her to anyone and everyone.

Erica has been amazing with the sale of our property. We had a bad experience with an agent we hired to sell this property before we hired Erica and she got us right back on track. Her communication is amazing! There is no day that goes by without hearing from her so you are always aware of what is going on. So when the house does sell, you’re so accustomed to having your daily conversation either via message or phone call that when the sale happens and you no longer require the daily communication, you feel like you are losing a friend. Erica works hard to get a positive outcome for buyers and sellers. She has an amazing ability to balance both ends of the spectrum and as a result makes for a harmonious and smooth sale and settlement process. She doesn’t even stop once settlement has occurred and she has been paid. For us she kept communications open and even helped went above and beyond her obligations to ensure all parties were happy post settlement and rectified any issues. I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to work with Erica - we have had 4 other agents to sell our properties in the past and Erica is the only one to get us a sale. It’s honestly been a positive experience from start to finish. Erica has restored my faith in Real Estate Agents and for future sales I’ll only hire Erica.
