We recently purchased a large property through Erica Swannell. When we first met her she was extremely friendly, professional and gave us a warm welcome to the property. Her knowledge of the property was admirable. She knew the farm animals names, what the fruit trees were on the property and even went as a far to find out what the other plants were.
