Erica knows who pays the bills - the seller. She works hard and isn't one of those agents that is looking for the fastest sale they can get. Erica seemed to operate with a genuine integrity for her work. She is a fantastic communicator - she always provided detailed updates from open homes and discussions with potential buyers. She is a diligent operator ensuring that admin that needs to be completed is done so as early as possible for both the seller and the buyer allowing for a smooth transaction/contract period. She has a great idea of what needs to be addressed prior to sale (issues or repairs) in order to achieve the best price and provided free of charge staging - the furnishings provided were stylish and she worked hard to maximise their appeal of the house. We worked together on an incentive plan, whereby the more the house sold for the higher percentage commission she would make - a win win for seller and realestate agent as it aligned our interests in achieving maximum sale price. If i need an agent in the future it will be Erica.
