Great work by Realtor Generate Real Estate (Erica)
It was an absolute pleasure having Erica Swannell as the realtor to sell my elderly mother's villa at Boondall. Erica went to great lengths to make sure everything was done perfectly. We had 3 agents quote us and Erica ran rings around the other agents by miles by her personal and knowledgeable approach to the sale. By staging our property was a definite winner for us as it looked absolutely beautiful and thus property sold within a couple of days. Erica provided constant updates on what was happening and that was very appreciated. I would definitely recommend Erica to anyone wishing to sell their property.

Hi Chris, thanks so much for your kind words and for choosing me as your agent! I was grateful for the opportunity to assist your Mum with the sale of her villa. It was such a beautiful home and I think it presented beautifully in the photos! If there's anything you need in future, please let me know, I'll be more than happy to help! Warm Regards, Erica
