Simply the BEST!!!

I’ve tried selling my house twice in the past 2 years but both the realtors just failed to meet basic expectations. Then I found ERICA via a hand-written letter (showed dedication) that she posted to me… Erica was an absolute gem to work with from the very first call to the final settlement date. Erica is very professional, knowledgeable, extremely proactive and she will make sure that you get the best deal there is out there for your property… the best part is, she made the whole process so simple; at some point she arranged and help engage all the tradies to get the house up to spec and even attended to those tradies on-site, when required… She managed to do all that and still closed the deal way quicker than initially anticipated. I couldn’t ask for a better agent. I would definitely recommend Erica any day to anyone who’s looking for a property agent.
