Had the pleasure of dealing with Erica for the recent sale of my townhouse and was blown away. Have bought and sold a few houses now and my experience with Erica was 10/10. She is knowledgeable, informative and works above and beyond to make sure things go as smoothly as possible. The stress she was able to take off my shoulders during such a hectic process is something I’m truly grateful for. Not only did we well and truely hit our sale target, but Erica brought her own furniture and decor over to style the house for photos and inspections.
