We recently purchased a large property through Erica Swannell. When we first met her she was extremely friendly, professional and gave us a warm welcome to the property. Her knowledge of the property was admirable. She knew the farm animals names, what the fruit trees were on the property and even went as a far to find out what the other plants were. All our questions were answered by Erica. Erica was available at any time, not only during the negotiation process, but also after the contract had gone unconditional. She continued to stay in touch and updated us throughout the whole process.
