Dear Erica, Lisa and I cannot thank you enough for the magnitude of your efforts to facilitate the sale of our home. The timing and location proved a hard road, but you never let us down with your continued enthusiasm and positive attitude. Your communications were always timely and professional and we were never left wondering about the state of play. When we needed advice or assistance, you were always right there. It’s clear you have a solid understanding of the real estate business and markets. To say you went above and beyond would be an understatement. As well as you achieving the sale price we were looking for, perhaps the most important aspect to us was the pleasure we had working with you. You are a small family business and to us, this is very much in your favour. It wasn’t long before that’s how we felt. Part of a family.
