Oh man, we are glad we came across Erica Swannell. We had our property on the market for 90 days with one of the leading agents in Ascot and not one single offer was made. We had lost all hope of selling and therefore buying our dream home. It was back to the drawing board, until we met Erica at an open home. It was from that moment we wished we had met her sooner. She came to our home, listened to our needs and boy didn’t she deliver! She had our property refreshed and re-enlisted and our sold within the first 7 days! There was clear lines of communication during the whole process, a sense of comfort that we were in good hands and more so a sense of relief that this is what it’s meant to be like when trusting someone to sell your property.
