Ericka went above and beyond to make selling my home as stress free as possble. She was dedicated and thorough from day one. She sent me regular updates and detailed emails so that I always knew where we stood. On auction day she was the epitome of calm and confidence. She reassured me she understood my goals and there was never any pressure to sell. But we did sell and I am very happy with the result achieved.
