Could not ask for a better result

I came over from Melbourne and spent a week in Launceston with the sole purpose of finding and buying a suitable house (permanent residence). Prior to coming to Launceston, I emailed all the main real estate agents with a list of my requirements - most didn't bother getting back to me. I called into Peter Lees and gave Erickson my list of requirements. Out of all the agents I either contacted or called in to see, Erickson was the only one to put together a list of properties and a timetable for me to visit. He actually listened to what I was looking for and matched that to the properties we inspected - unlike some of the other agents who just looked at my price range, gave me a list of properties and said "have a look yourself" - whether they matched my criteria or not. I was impressed with Erickson's professionalism. He had an excellent knowledge of the property market in the area that interested me. His communication skills are outstanding - courteous, direct and honest. The fact that he listened to what I wanted, took the time to put together a list of suitable properties and organise inspections meant I found a house that matched my requirements - so I bought it. This was a very different experience in dealing with the other agents (Harcourts, Ray White, Roberts, One Agency, Century 21, Aqua, Knight Frank etc) - most of whom just didn't make the effort, or told me they "had nothing". Erickson also gave me a lot of information about living in the areas we looked at - services available etc which I found really informative and helpful. Bottom line: Erickson did his homework which helped me find the property I bought. It was a very pleasant experience dealing with him. I have family and friends thinking about buying property in the Tamar Valley/River area, so I will definitely recommend calling Erickson and not waste their time with other agents or agencies.

Erikson contacted me early last year, we listed my block silently until I felt I needed more info on development close to my block. January this year Erikson approached me again and I listed my block. Two weeks later the block sold for my top asking price!
