Erik Bjorklund

We recently purchased our new home through LJ Hooker. Erik has been nothing but professional in all our dealings. Every time I called, Erik always answered and was always available when I needed to have another inspection at short notice. Thank you for making everything go smoothly for us! We're loving our new home 😊 Naasief and Majeeda

Erik achieved a great result

Mr Erik Bjorklund was very professional , had excellent market knowledge about the suburb and negotiation skills , highly recomended .

Erik, from his very first contact with me, was not just interested in helping me sell my home but also helpful in finding me my new property. His regular contact and emails with links to other properties showed me he was the agent for me. He was the only one out of all the agents I contacted that bothered to really try and help me. Great stuff, Erik!

Attention to detail, friendly and professional all describe the service received by Erik. Selling our house is the single most nerve racking thing we have ever done and could not have done it without him. Rest easy knowing you are in more than capable hands!

We are so glad we went with Erik to sell our home. He gave us invaluable advice, he was extremely professional but most importantly, he was always available to answer any questions that we had and his communication was second to none. I would not have any reservations is recommending Erik, he went above and beyond for us and sold our home for more than the price that we were asking!!!
