Erik knows the area, he came to the property with a presentation box, was a bit overwhelming, but in hindsight was a 7 out of 10. At all times he was well presented, professional, he spoke to me (not down to me). Requested Erik for people to remove rubbish and clean the house, all was done quickly and efficiently.
