I WILL SELL YOUR APARTMENT IN 3 WEEKS!!! Erin told me she would sell my apartment in three weeks and if not, the market has told us she has it wrong. SOLD IN 3 WEEKS. Erin put everything she had into selling my apartment, her title needs to be changed to "the great negotiator". A difficult sale with the purchaser viewing the apartment 7 times during the process. Erin was at their service without question to get the sale across the line, I can't speak too highly of her professionalism. I plan on using her negotiating skills to buy my next property.
