Talk about dedicated, Erin gives 100% all the time in what was a challenging sell with our property due to tenants being in place, but she handled all those obstacles perfectly. Keeps you fully informed and knows the local market really well. If we ever need to use an agent in that area again it would be Erin, 5 star service for sure.

Fabulous experience going through the process of negotiating and purchasing a Coolangatta apartment. A tricky task made calm and smooth. Thank you Erin!

From the start Erin showed complete professionalism. Put in place an amazing structure and took the time to explain the process thoroughly. With in-depth knowledge of the area I knew Erin was the right pick for the job. The whole time I felt very comfortable with the process and was great to have such awesome communication. Definitely went above and beyond to be such a great agent. Very happy.

Erin went above and beyond to work with us towards our purchase and I cannot thank her enough for her honesty and integrity.

Erin was amazing through the entire process of selling our home. When we decided to sell I reached out to a few local agents. Erin stood out because she was professional and had a plan ready to implement which gave us the confidence to go ahead. Within days it was advertised, people inspecting, and it sold for more than we originally expected. Erin kept us updated and walked us through the entire process. I would highly recommend Erin to anyone looking to buy or sell.

We had the best possible result thanks to Erin’s help. She worked extremely hard in a very hard market. Always positive and honest. Thank you

Erin's efforts in our purchase showed a dedication not just to her selling clients but to the business of ensuring everyone is satisfied - with the sale. Our communication with Erin was always informative - even when her client pulled out of sale initially. Over the month following her knowledge of market and communication skills kept all parties informed and interested. Her skills bought the sale about or should I say bought the purchase to fruition. A truly professional experience.

Erin’s knowledge of the market on the southern Gold Coast is exceptional.

Erin was a pleasure to deal with from day one. She was very professional and lovely to deal with. I would highly recommend her and her team.

Erin was absolutely fantastic and went above and beyond what you would expect from an estate agent. Erin is a great negotiator with excellent knowledge of the local market and real estate industry. Erin sold our property off market with a great result. It was a pleasure to work with her.

On meeting Erin we knew she was a knowledgeable agent who understood the market to an exceptional level. Erin was a clear communicator who got the job done very quickly. Selling our home with Erin was a stress free transaction and we would highly recommend Erin to anyone who is thinking of selling their home in the future.

Right from the day our contract was signed Erin has gone out of her way to help with all the ins and outs that come with getting finance, legal advice, document/data collection, building inspections/ valuation etc. She has shown great professionalism and displayed a great wealth of industry knowledge, I would recommend Erin to anyone wanting to buy or sell
