I cannot rate Erit more highly. She was everything we needed. Her exceptional local knowledge of the market meant that she advised us to do a very minimal campaign and had buyers immediately ready to view. The first buyer to view made an offer, which we accepted. Erit worked really hard for both the vendor and the buyer and managed expectations. She was very transparent and honest which was really necessary as we were selling from overseas and had been experiencing 3 years of very poor property management by a local firm. Our buyer was also not local and needed to trust Erit's description and a virtual walk-through. Erit not only gave us eyes on the reality of what had been happening during the last 3 years with the property management company but saved us from doing an expensive renovation project and sold it as it was, saving us a massive expense and the logistical nightmare of project-managing from overseas and trying to find contractors over the Xmas period.
