Not only does Erit have a comprehensive knowledge of the real estate market, her attention to detail to ensure everything was taken care of exceeded all of our expectations. Erit acted not only in my best interests as the seller; she also made sure that there was clear communication with the buyer at all times and anything that needed to be fixed was addressed immediately so that the sale was complete, fair, transparent and timely. She genuinely found the right house for the buyer and made sure as the sellers we were fairly remunerated. She managed a win-win property transaction ensuring trades people were engaged as and when required. No task was too big or too small and she engaged with everyone with a positive can do attitude throughout the whole sale. It was genuinely remarkable.
During an unexpected turn of events (mid-renovations) I made the difficult decision to sell my family home. Erit was introduced to me by a ‘friend-of-a-friend’ but given my circumstances plus no prior experience in selling houses, I welcomed the introduction. I am extremely grateful for this connection because Erit made the entire process seamless & simple. Erit continued to exceed my expectations throughout the process, extending her professional support by connecting me with an amazing finance manager! Erit’s kind, reassuring & transparent nature is a true reflection of her level of commitment and quality of service. I felt Erit always had my best interest in mind and strategised openly with me which allowed me to understand her passion in striving for the best result. In saying this, it came at no surprise that Erit was able to so secure the price I needed, even during a time in the market where interest rates were rising! In short, if I could give 10 stars, I would! Thank you so much Erit- Highly recommend!
Selling our family home was a difficult decision and we wanted to make sure we had the right agent. Erit made the process of selling simple and hassle free. Erit gave us realistic expectations from start to finish based on her extensive market knowledge. She shared open and honest feedback consistently after each home open coupled with a clean strategic plan on what to expect next. At no stage did we feel any pressured to sell from Erit and she communicated consistently and gave us honest, professional advise during the sale. If you're looking for an experienced agent who is professional, communicates well and a pleasure to deal with - we would highly recommend Erit David.
These days, efficiency, drive and solid customer service is hard to come by, but this is what perfect sums up Erit. I would describe her, is a “bull out of the gate”. Straight on to the sale of our house with the vision of “getting the client what they want”. We met, we discussed, we told her what we wanted and she went on the hunt to find a buyer that was ready to purchase our first home out of mum ‘n dads! I will be recommending her to anyone who asks and can safely say, with her determination, your house sale is almost a guarantee! Thank you so much, Erit!
