Very unpleasant and stressful experience. Upon meeting Errol Rakip, he came across as approachable and appeared to listen. This was short lived and completely absent after the agent contract was signed. Errol Rakip became extremely difficult to communicate with and generally unapproachable. The cooling off and settlement dates within the contract were mysterious altered at some stage - without my knowledge or consent. Additionally, on settlement day - the most important day - Errol Rakip decided to go on holidays and was uncontactable. The settlement was a disaster and caused me a great deal of stress. As a result of this monumentally bad transaction and complete unprofessionalism Errol Rakip was instructed not to return to his previous agency. You have been warned. Please consider another agent, it is definitely in your best interest.
