I met Errol when I purchased an investment property through him. He was so professional that I used him to sell my home. He was reliable, honest and gave me suggestions for some minor renovations that ended up getting me a much better price than if I hadn't done them. He really knows the business and the Peninsula, but he has also sold property for friends who live elsewhere and got great results for them too. He treats buyers and vendors with respect and goes above and beyond to ensure that both are happy with the deal - which is no mean feat in this business. I highly recommend Errol.
I met Errol when purchasing an investment property and cannot rate him highly enough. From a buyer's point of view I found him trustworthy and to the point. There was no 'agent speak', he was clear and articulate and didn't speak in jargon. He went out of his way to help me with renting the house (I also highly recommend Kingdom Real Estate for property management). I felt he represented the vendor very well, and was also great with me.
