This sale was difficult with some unforeseeable challenges, which negatively affected the price, leading to a price reduction. Erynne was attentive, kept me regularly informed and contacted me at times that suited my busy schedule. At all times I felt that she was working hard for me to get the best outcome she could despite the difficulties faced. Moving quickly, Erynne had the advertisement online within a few days and open inspections organised on the first weekend. A lot of interest was generated early and she actively followed up with sellers and brought several offers after the first inspection. Although in my case the first buyer terminated the contract, Erynne was able to find #2 quickly and minimised the expense and loss of time by securing the buyer quickly.
