We were on our way to an open home listed by another agency and just happened to walk pass one of Mathew's open homes just nearby. We were actively looking to sell and upgrade to a bigger home so we thought we should just come in for a quick look since we were already there anyways. By that time we had already kinda known the drill: we had our property appraised by multiple agents, we've been to numerous open homes all over Canberra but we didn't really like or trust anyone.
