Matthew and Shan sold two properties for us. It was a good experience seeling the properties. Although we got less sale amount then expected but I guess it was because of the time we decided to sell. However they were reachable at all times and answered all our questions. They also advised on some strategies on how the properties should be presented and advertised which was helpful for us in planning for staging of both properties. I personally feel campaign could have been run bit more aggressively but I can feel whatever I like but I would not know challenges they might have been facing in the current times. Overall it was a good experience and we learnt a lot in terms of selling the property.
