I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with Esmail's performance as an agent. I found him to be unprofessional and dishonest. He initiated business without conducting proper research and demonstrated a lack of manners throughout our interactions. Despite being paid, Esmail provided no assistance or support during the process. Instead of guiding me through the sale, he consistently gave unhelpful and "smart" answers. This resulted in a wasted four weeks, as the sale could have been completed much earlier.

As first-time buyers, our experience with Esmail Namdar of LJ Hooker had been excellent. There are areas that we were unsure of but Esmail had extended great knowledge and professionalism up to the littlest details. Thak you for your assistance with our home.
