Esmari was very helpful in knowing how to present the house for sale. This helped as I'm very poor at this. She supplied me with many of her own items to ensure the house looked the part when people came to view the property. I would not hesitate to buy or recommend a friend to use her services.
Esmari changed the way I saw estate agents. My experience has been that of agents just wanting a quick sale, keeping your price as low as possible to up their ratings. Esmari worked with us every step of the way, in difficult circumstances with a couple in the process of divorcing and Covid 19 she helped with presenting the property in the best way to get the best price possible. I recommended her to a friend and she did it again, helping to present the house and selling it within a week for more than they were expecting. I can't recommend Esmari enough if you want your house sold with the least amount of pain.

I bought in late March after viewing in early February. There was a spa used as a selling point that was then revealed to be separate. Initially it was requested to be paid off in installments. Once COVID started I got cold feet and attempted to retract my offer. After a few sleepless nights I Called Esmari and said "tell them to include the spa and i will just throw caution to the wind" (the spa being a mere fraction of the house price.) This was obviously neglected and has taken shine off of the experience of first family home now being 99.9% and causing battles regarding spa with previous owners calling me directly and Esmari no where to be seen. Also let them into a LONG VACATED house after settlement to say goodbye as i was away at work.
Esmari was a complete pleasure, she made every effort to meet with us at our convenience even out of hours. All questions and documentation required were attended to immediately and well communicated. We were kept updated and progress was polite and well informed.
During our process of buying our house, Esmari's service was above what was expected from an agent and what I have experienced before. She helped us out with lots of small problems that was not required during the process. I was away a lot, she was always was available. I would recommend here to anyone.
