Esmari was the second agent who listed our home, after the first agent not having a single person through the door in 4 weekends we changed over to Esmari. Esmari's mannerisms were excellent, she was well equipped to handle my high maintenance personality and managed my expectations well. She "Value Added" by providing an interior designer to come around at no extra cost to provide staging and colour suggestions, and also has an excellent photographer who took some stunning twilight photos. During the sale, Esmari's communication was excellent, phoning me after each home open and providing great and in depth feedback from the prospects who visited the home. She is tech savvy and eventuated the sale by way of a Skype Viewing from an overseas buyer. I don't believe the home would have sold to this buyer if we had a different agent as her skills were perfectly suited to this buyer. No agent is perfect, and Esmari did try very hard to lower my pricing expectations early, listing it at a significantly lower figure to what other agents had suggested, the home also did not sell for anywhere near what I was expecting. Tho that is perhaps a combination of having an overseas buyer who was less emotional, and a tough market. Hat's off to Esmari tho she did everything she could to lift the price to a more reasonable figure. The best compliment I can give Esmari, is I have referred listings to her already and will continue to do so.

This was a tough sell in a market that was heading the wrong way. The house, built in the 70's, is a little small but is on a 780 square meter block and is right next door to schools. It has a pool and plenty of room for the family dog to run around. It's a great place for a young family to raise their kids, but it does need a little tlc. Unfortunately for me when I put it on the market, many houses in the neighbourhood also went up for sale, and at a time when house prices were declining. Esmari Bradley came in and gave great advise on where to spend my time and money in getting the place to an optimal sale condition and took care of the negotiations in a very professional manner. She even dealt with my uncooperative ex-wife who made the sale very difficult at times. The result was a sale and a price slightly higher than I had expected. I would have no hesitation in using Esmari again or recommending her to family and friends.
