Friendly, efficient, factual and happy to assist. Great job and good agents. Would deal with them again.

Would be always my first choice of agents in Yeppoon.

Great mob to deal with Kept us in the loop all the time Worked late to achieve a great outcome Thanks to u all and Angela ❤️❤️

Esme worked tirelessly to get the sale, we couldn't fault her she certainly worked hard for the sale. Thanks for the great work.

Esme and Claudia were tenacious and diligent in a slow market. They achieved a sale after we had given up hope of selling in 2016. Well done.

The whole team at YRE are exceptional. They are all professional and courteous, but still down to earth and feel like part of the family. We had a longer process of selling our house and not once did we feel a burden or that we should advertise with another estate. YRE really went above and beyond

Esme & Claudia were very attentive and kept us informed with detailed info regarding the Open for Inspections what could assist in obtaining a sale ... BUT we inspected the property and found the dishwasher we ordered and paid for was never fitted and the periodic visits by the Agent failed to see this and caused some consternation and only due to us calling into Yeppoon that we found this.

As property developers, we have been in the business of buying and selling real estate for the past 25 years in South Australia and never before now have we felt so valued by our Real Estate Agent. Communication occurred almost instantly after open inspections and feedback from prospective buyers was passed on within hours of inspections. Ideas for improving our chance of a sale were freely offered from Day 1 and the team's local knowledge of our area was outstanding. The icing on the cake was a quick sale at our required sale price. All in all, a delightful experience with a warm and generous team of real estate professionals. Wish they would relocate to South Aus!

We were very pleased with the service we received from Claudia and Esme Coren of Yeppoon Real Estate, in connection with the recent purchase of our new home. The purchasing process moved along very smoothly and the staff at Yeppoon Real Estate were very efficient and helpful whenever we approached them. Thankyou once again to everyone at Yeppoon Real Estate.

Recently, I purchased a rural home through Esme, Claudia and Angela at Yeppoon Real Estate. I found their wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm refreshing. Claudia and the team were welcoming and organised. They always answered the phone and quickly responded to all of my questions and as a result they helped me to make the decision to buy. Thanks Yeppoon Real Estate and all your friendly staff, I would recommend this agency to anyone buying or selling property. Alice Purcell

Could not fault YRE, always helpful, always smiling, professional and get the job done.

I wish to thank Esme for help, patience and consideration in finding my home for me, she had an uncanny way of knowing the type of property I was wanting to buy. No time wasted, no pressure only showing the type of home I wanted. I am delighted and happy her in my new home. Thank You Esme so much.
