I was extremely happy with Esther as she achieved the sale price we wanted for my mother's home without having to go to market. She was very proactive without being pushy, she told me she had a few interested buyers and true to her word she did. I did notice through the whole process she was also very attentive and available to the buyers. They requested access (with my permission) to take measurements on a few occasions and she was always available to them as well. Esther has a very pleasant and professional manner and I would highly recommend her to any potential Real Estate seller or buyer.

It was a pretty grim market and I was asking too much money for a while but Esther did not try to get me to lower the price as other agents often do. I was surprised by the amount of work needed to get the sales through but Esther was never fazed and handled the work load with aplomb. I was happy with the prices we received as i believe there were the best we could have gotten under the market circumstances at the time.
