I found Esther to be very trustworthy in selling my property along with looking after everyone's best interest from myself as the Seller to the Buyer to ensure that everyone had an excellent experience. I would recommend and use Esther again.
Esther was the agent that showed us the property and was very friendly and very Knowledge and experienced in the property market. Any request regarding contacting the owner etc. was very quick to respond and very helpful with the whole journey.
It was a pleasure to have met and dealt with Esther Sharp on the sale of our property. During our 1st meeting to engage her to sell our property, I found she was softly spoken and could tell that she brought with her a wealth of experience, knowledge and professionalism in that function. She listened to what we had to say and what we expected to achieve on the sale. Esther kept us updated on any progress since the engagement and was always available to answer any questions that we had. We had a buyer on the 1st weekend that it was open for display and it was basically sold. I would recommend Esther Sharp, a top selling and dedicated agent to anyone who is in the market to sell or purchase.
Esther stayed focused and on target during the whole process of advertising and sale of my property. She kept me updated of the sale's progression and answered all queries knowledgeably and professionally. Thanks Esther,
Esther was very knowledgeable about the area and was helpful throughout our experience in buying our first house
Esther contacted us regarding 15 Camilllo street before it went to market. My husband and I where on the hunt for an investment property, the market was full of buyers and fast. The day she emailed us she met us at the property that night! The next morning we called and said we would like to put and offer on the house. The next day the owners accepted. She was extremely professional and so helpful for what was a huge moment in our lives!! She was aware of the fact Covid 19 is still around and social distanced! She made the whole process easy and very quick. Even before settlement she was able to meet is there so we could decide what needed to be renovated and so we could book trades in so they could start the day we got the keys. This allowed us to renovate in 2 weeks and have tenants move in shortly after that! If we need and agent again we will definitely be calling Esther! Lauren and Jerry
Esther was so quick to respond to our enquiry about selling our investment property, where other agents didnt even bother or waited days before replying. She let us know the current market situation, the marketing package she recommended to get the best price and what she thought our property would get. She delivered what she promised and went above all other agents we have dealt with in the past. We were very happy with the results. We have already recommended her to many friends, one in particular has already signed up with Esther. Thank you Esther for your professional service and making the process so easy for us. We will definitely use you again to sell our home and help us find another.
Esther was great to deal with and still is as the association is ongoing as we head towards the settlement of my property in Quinlan street Coolbellup. Always professional, never pushy, accommodating for buyers and sellers alike. Good local knowledge with her on the pulse of the neighbourhood and the market, Esther delivered. I would recommend her to anyone buying or selling. Thanks a heap, Esther for your support. Terry
I was extremely happy with Esther as she achieved the sale price we wanted for my mother's home without having to go to market. She was very proactive without being pushy, she told me she had a few interested buyers and true to her word she did. I did notice through the whole process she was also very attentive and available to the buyers. They requested access (with my permission) to take measurements on a few occasions and she was always available to them as well. Esther has a very pleasant and professional manner and I would highly recommend her to any potential Real Estate seller or buyer.
