What a 18 months in Mackay ! I came from nsw to Mackay 18 months ago because of the promising returns in real estate in Mackay in the future. and they did not disappoint I bought my first home with Ethan and then sold with Ethan I’ve talked with and met dozens of agents in the business and Ethan really stands out. he may look young but he comes from a long line of realtors and Really knows his stuff ! He had an offer for me which I later took before the house was even in the market !!!!! he will work hard to accomplish whatever your goal is and present u with the facts options and a masters level of economic analysis. And will call you frequently with important updates not to common ! Ethan U helped me start my adult journey and took easily 7 years off my plan to get to my destination thank you very much and I wish you all the best 😁👍🤗

Ethan Laval was absolutely outstanding, Ethan came to our property without hesitation and was 100% committed to selling the property. We truly can’t thank Ethan enough. If your looking for someone reliable and committed give Ethan a call - you won’t be disappointed!!

Ethan helped us out when we were not able to view unit by arranging an inspection by FaceTime as we were from out of town. At all times during the process he was available to meet our needs… met us after hours on more than one occasion.

Don’t be ‘put off’ by Ethan’s age or youthful appearance. He knows real estate in the Mackay area. He was polite, well mannered and kept us ‘up to date’ with our real estate sale. Nothing was a problem and Ethan made our sale a positive experience with a good outcome. We would use Ethan’s services again and would recommend him to others. Thank you Ethan.

From start to finish, Ethan made the whole process seamless and a real joy. He helped with all the information we required, he accommodated us with inspections times, and was honest and trustworthy in our dealings. Thank you Ethan for helping us secure our gorgeous new home 🙏.

Ethan’s pitch was confident and professional. He was hungry and backed himself to deliver,….thats why we picked him; and deliver he did! With insight, pose and perspective beyond his years, his calm, guidance and counsel was exceptional when a few unforeseen issues arose late in the process. Not only did Ethan secure a price higher than we expected and deliver everything he committed to, he proved to be safe hands and a respectful and steady influence for both us and the buyer. On top of this, he’s just a really nice human-being! I highly recommend and rate him. Secure him while you can, he’ll be a super star, leading, sought after agent in Mackay region in a heartbeat!
