Whilst Ethan was not the lead agent in the sale of our house, he arranged and conducted a few of the viewings of our property, one of which ultimately resulted in the successful sale. We found Ethan to be very open, honest and professional throughout the process. He gave plenty of notice when he wanted to arrange a viewing and turned up promptly prior to each viewing so that we could remove ourselves and our pets before the clients arrived. Once the viewings were finished he would contact us to inform us that the clients had left, then wait for us to return before providing the feedback from the clients and a realistic idea as to whether, or not they may be interested in progressing.
