Ettiene and Laura provided a seamless service from beginning to end. I never felt that I was out of the loop or waiting for information, inspections were carried out and reported upon with care and detail. Despite my being out of the country for the entire process including the auction, I might as well have been in Surry Hills, such was the relationship that they both fostered. I would fully recommend them for your property needs.
This is my 2nd "sales" contact with Ettiene West. (Also one purchase and have been using the compnay's rental investment property service for around 3 years now with excellent service). I have found he has very good knowledge of my inner Sydney city area, and has been an excellent negotiator in pre auction sales transaction(s). I fine him to be personable and down to earth, and have no hesitation in recommending him (and his associate Laura) to potential real estate clients as a selling Agent. Ettiene also sold me the current Surry Hills one bedroom investment Unit (that I have just exchanged sales contracts on), and again "on that side" , I found him to be a little more down to earth than a number of other agents I met with in that property search.
I dealt with Ettiene for the recent sale of my apartment in Surry Hills. He was helpful, honest, approachable & knowledgeable. The minute an open home viewing finished, he would call me straight away & let me know how many groups had been through, the types of buyers they were & the feedback he had received. He made it a priority to keep in touch often & let me know immediately any new info that he had received. He always went above beyond. On the day of the auction, he was very supportive & organised, which was great as it was a nerve wracking time for me. I was 100% satisfied with Ettiene & the service he provided throughout was beyond outstanding. He made the whole process so easy for me as I had total trust in him. I would recommend Ettiene to anyone - he was fantastic throughout the whole selling process.
Ettiene was able to arrange a deal in just two weeks from going on the market, and acted professionally and went beyond the call of duty to get this deal closed very quickly. Couldn't be happier :)
I appreciate your help in my purchase. Not sure when the settlement will be finished.
Ettiene is an excellent agent. Professional, courteous and follows through with what he says he will do. Refreshing for both sellers and buyers...! His knowledge of his markets, clients and negotiation skills to get to the right outcome is also impressive.
Ettiene always try very hard on every sale until the last minutes to get the best out of the sale.
Ettiene is always approachable, reliable and happy to facilitate on any sales opportunities. His honesty and advice is welcomed and his assistance over the years has been first class. A knowledgeable and reliable advocate of property sales on both sides of the fence..ie selling and buying. much thanks Ettiene Rgds Louis

Ettiene West showed us a level of professionalism and efficiency that we both appreciated and respected. We highly regard both he and the agency that he represents and would be prepared to recommend both to others as well as strongly consider using his services should we ever consider selling or purchasing another property.
