Very professional, enthusiastic and nice.

Ettiene was very professional and was in touch with me all times guiding and advising me as a buyer for Unit 1307 5 York st Sydney . I would highly recommend Ettiene as a Real Estate Agent that know his Business and his fair and honest with all his dealings and I felt comfortable dealing with him

Thanks Ettiene! Super professional agent and great to deal. Would recommend highly whether you are buying or selling.

Ettiene was a pleasure to deal with in all aspects of my transaction. I'd have no hesitation in recommending him as a professional , knowledgeable and passionate property expert

It has been a pleasure to Deal with Ettiene with regards to our purchase. Ettiene has been the absolute professional, trust worthy and never pushy, a proper gentleman.

I felt Mr West knows the market well and has provided with me other comparable recent sales. This has helped me to set a fair price for the property I want.

Ettiene is very professional, energetic. Ettiene constantly keeps his vendors updated throughout the entire selling process. He also builds great trust and relationship with potential buyer. I would definitely recommend him for his service.

Friendly and professional.

Ettiene was the only agent for the job in my mind. Having heard of him prior and his knowledge of the local area, I was confident I could trust him. He exceeded my expectations, in terms of keeping me aware of market trends, property visits, our marketing plan and possible buyers for my apartment, this really put my mind at ease. In terms of negotiating best price - what a master! Big or small property, Ettiene puts the equal amount of effort and passion to get it sold.

A good result in a tough market

Easy to deal with, great knowledge and great agent.

Ettiene always kept me informed of the status, was very professional, and a clear communicator. He was very helpful in providing details of the flat and viewings. His team was similarly impressive.
