Eugene was great, we wanted to see the house a few times prior to purchasing it, this was always outside business hours, sometimes at short notice, we never felt rushed or that it was an inconvenience. Eugene was also responsive, always happy to answer many of our questions and he assisted us with getting additional information we needed in order to purchase the property.

I was very happy with the dealings I had with Eugene. Like most agents he was pleasant and polite during inspections. He also comes across as sincere, which is not always the case with agents. Eugene made the whole process easy. He was a great resource for information, helping us to navigate the process of purchasing a property; checking the contract with the conveyancer, processing our loan, finding an property manager, and finding a building and pest inspector. All the things that needed to be done, it was great to hear the process explained in a clear manner. He seemed to always work for our benefit, not for his own interests; for example encouraging me to search for the best quotes. The overall feeling was of satisfaction. I felt really happy about the purchase I made. Eugene also worked hard to get things done. We had a strict deadline at one point and I was very happy he made it happen.

Our first open for inspection was on the saturday and the house was sold by monday, and we got the money we wanted so everyone was happy.
