We were very fortunate to have purchased an apartment via Eugene. During the entire sales process, he was very upfront, transparent and professional in his dealings with us. What was most surprising was his after sales service. This is a mortgagee sale whereby many of the typical T&Cs are different to a normal vendor sale. Eugene nevertheless put in a lot of effort to ensure that the property was clean, well presented to us, removed old appliances without having to trouble us. He even chased up the body corporate for the outstanding swipe cards and remote control (as this is a mortgagee sale, some of the required stuff were missing and this is typical of mortgagee sales) .
