We listed our house with Kynan from LJ Hooker Albany Creek/Warner late 2019, unfortunately the timing didn't end up being right for us to sell so we ended up keeping it. After a change of heart we relisted it with Kynan early February 2020 and within a week he had multiple offers. From the very beginning he hit the ground running, his positive attitude was infectious. He communicated regularly and he always had time for us. His negotiation was excellent, we couldn't be happier. Kynan is honest and extremely hardworking. He was confident he would sell our home and he did. I would sell with Kynan again in a heart beat.

Kynan has good knowledge of the local market. Anything he isn’t sure if he checks. I wasn’t impressed with his first suggestion of price for our house but he did talk with his manager and came back with a price I was more prepared to work with. He marketed the house well and had open houses every weekend and a few mid week opens as well. He offered suggestions about how to show the house off better without saying we had to.
