Happily, Kynan shone through. Buying and selling a home can be stressful so having a relaxed professional in your corner takes the edge of everything. This worked for me because I never felt like I was being smothered but I felt like both he and I had a handle on where everything was at. When the bank was delayed due to Christmas holidays and Covid staff shortages he was able to articulate to all parties how to keep it moving and successfully complete the sale. It was a pleasure to work with Kynan and I have no problem in recommending him if you're looking to buy or sell in his patch.
