Eva was very good to deal with. She kept us regularly informed of interest in our home over the off-market, on-market and auction sale timeframe. It was a difficult time in the Canberra market in the April to May period - the election, school holidays/Easter and uncertainty with interest rates. We had good exposure for our home however, through off-market interest, open homes and other Hive marketing Eva organised.
