Auction of a Lifetime

The auction was quite something - even the agent said they had never experienced anything like it. It was an emotional and intense moment for both parties, but thought the whole process we felt supported and included, even though the agent represented the seller. After the hammer went down, we received a lovely gift and were able to return the next day to see the property again and show our kids without the hustle of auction day. It as a thoughtful gesture and meant a lot to our family.
